JL in Print, Katie Couric, and a Soyrizo & Bean Burrito
It’s one of those days. I’m grinning ear to ear. When I was invited to write a weekly column for my local paper’s online food section, I jumped at the chance. A vegan column? Yes! My editor told me that on occasion they may choose to run one of my columns in the print edition of The Journal News. So far, they have printed teasers about the online column. Like yesterday’s teaser about TODAY’S twitter chat. But guess what happened today?
