The 6+ hour drive (!!!) to vegan delights
Yesterday I hopped in my car for what should have been a 2 hour and 45 minute drive (with a swing through Newark, NJ to pick up a friend) from Westchester County, NY to Jim Thorpe. But that didn’t happen. It took three hours to drive 22 miles. I kid you not. Six and a half hours later we pulled up to FLOW Bar + Restaurant. We were greeted by this wonderful, kind, happy chef.
