Hello! I'm JL Fields—a passionate advocate for holistic well-being, combining my expertise as a vegan chef, health coach, and educator to empower individuals on their wellness journeys.

Professional Background

I hold certifications as a National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC), Certified Nutrition Coach (PN1-NC), and Master Vegan Lifestyle Coach & Educator. Additionally, I'm a CDC-Certified Diabetes Prevention Lifestyle Coach, RYT 200 Yoga Teacher, and a Certified Specialist in Coaching Dietary Strategies, focusing on plant-based, macros-based, and intermittent fasting approaches.

Author & Educator

As the author of six books, including The Complete Plant-Based Diet, Vegan Baking for Beginners, and The Vegan Air Fryer, I aim to make plant-based living accessible and enjoyable. I also co-authored The Main Street Vegan Academy Cookbook and Vegan for Her, collaborating with esteemed colleagues in the field.

Coaching & Consulting

With a background in higher education and nonprofit leadership, I've transitioned my skills to the health and wellness sector. I've led coaching teams in the digital healthcare space and teach Advanced Wellness Coaching at Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions.

Through JL Fields Consulting, LLC, I create and deliver inspiring wellness programs, help others lead with confidence, and develop coaching excellence through learning, development, training, and mentorship.

In addition to my consulting work, I also offer private health and wellness coaching, culinary instruction, and career coaching for aspiring health professionals, supporting individuals in aligning their habits, lifestyle, and purpose with plant-based, mindful living.
