Food is activism (at work)
I pack lunch each day for work. Friday I asked the manager of the faculty and staff dining room to consider making a chickpea or tofu dish for me today because I had a lunch meeting with an external colleague. Lunch: Chickpeas in paprika! Tasty! Tomorrow he is making me tofu (he pulled the package out of the fridge to show me…how cute)! Food is activism! Have you had an impact at work? Tell us!
