What’s for lunch? An easy tofu sandwich!
Early this morning I opened up the refrigerator and had no idea what to pack for lunch. I spied one-quarter block of tofu. Idea! I cut four thin slices of tofu and laid them out flat on a salad plate. I squirted a little Bragg Liquid Aminos over the tofu and drizzled a little agave, sprinkled a bit of nutritional yeast and finished it off with fresh ground pepper. I cooked the tofu in the microwave for two minutes and chopped up some lettuce, sliced a tomato and cut off two nice pieces of bread from my Whole Wheat-Barley loaf. […]
