Revisiting the Raw Fruity, Nutty Breakfast

Do you remember this? It was my first “creative” raw breakfast recipe! The other day I wanted it again, but since it was going on 11:00 a.m. it was actually more like brunch.  I wanted it to be a bit more filling.  I toasted a sprouted English muffin and served the Raw Fruity, Nutty Breakfast as a sandwich!
