Cleansing Miso Soup
I’m eating today! I’m proud that I completed a successful 3-day Master Cleanse fast to rest the digestive system. Day one was great. I began lagging a bit on day two but that could have been from running errands (including the farmers market, where we got veggies for the magical miso soup!) and shopping early in the day.
