2010: The Year I Went Vegan (with a dash of fitness)

What a year! When I woke up on January 1, 2010 I had no idea this would be the year I would finally transition from vegetarian to vegan.  I just knew I didn’t feel like myself.  I signed up for my first-ever cleanse, with a nutrition counselor, which required eliminating dairy.  By the end of the cleanse I realized I was an egg away from being a vegan.  So I stopped eating eggs.
