Timing is everything! I am attending the BlogHer.com annual conference in Manhattan, as is the wonderful Jasmin Singer, co-founder and executive director of Our Hen House (she presented yesterday!). Last night Jasmin and I went out for dinner (to tea house Franchia Vegan Cafe) and enjoyed lots of great food, including these steamed Kimchi Dumplings. They were as good as you think they were.
