Vegan Cuisine: A Simple Art (You are invited to a ten course tasting event!)

I love it when big ideas and brainstorming turn into a reality! Last year I wrote a review about an amazing dining experience at Flow Bar + Restaurant in Jim Thorpe, PA. Flow is a destination restaurant located in a circa 1800’s stone factory with an underground stream visible from the dining room. Meals are prepared fresh daily to reflect the season with our own in-house bakery. The chef, upon my request for a vegan lunch, offered this inspired dish.
