Cucumber & Beet Noodle Salad with Avo-Hemp Dressing
I got a Spirooli Spiral 3-in-1 Slicer for $30. I didn’t need one. Or did I? I took a raw class at the Natural Gourmet Institute last week (post forthcoming!) and I saw just how efficiently this cheaper version of a spiralizer worked. I ordered one as soon as I got home!
