Traditional Sunday dinner? Baked tofu, roasted carrots & leeks + a loaded baked sweet potato
I actually don’t have a traditional Sunday dinner. I do find that because I cook in bulk on the weekends I have fewer meals and find myself tasting and noshing more. Or going out to eat. On Sunday evenings, I find myself craving a traditional, sit down dinner. Or is that supper? Growing up, Sunday dinner was actually the meal after church. A meal after 5:00 p.m. was called supper.
