Fitness Friday: The Nutritional Cleanse

For this week’s edition of Fitness Friday I’ve invited my nutrition counselor, Jill Mulholland, to write a guest post on cleansing. What does this have to do with fitness? Everything!  Fitness, for me, is about nutrition, exercise and overall wellness. Why now? Because I’m beginning a two-week cleanse Sunday. Is this a diet?
