Add the beans, grains, onion, panko, garlic, lime juice, salt, cumin, oregano, and avocado oil to a food processor. Pulse until roughly chopped and easy to form into patties.
Form 8 sliders - about 1/4 cup mixture per slider. Refrigerate for two hours (or for several days).
Spritz the air fryer basket and the top of the sliders with olive oil.
Place in the air fryer and cook on 330°F for 10 minutes. Gently flip over, spritz tops again, and increase the heat to 390°F to cook for 3 minutes longer.
