Wednesday I am teaching a Back to School Suppers cooking class (FREE) at the Whole Foods on North Academy in Colorado Springs (details here). And Saturday I’m teaching Vegan Pressure Cooking 101 (FREE) at Natural Grocers in Denver (Colorado and Evans, details here)
Finally, I will be in Portland September 27 and 28 for the Portland Veg Fest – be sure to swing by the Sunshine Burgers table and say hello!
A head’s up for October: I’m teaching a two-week (8 hours) Cancer Prevention Cooking Class on October 11 and 18 (register here)

Man! I was just in Colorado Springs last month and I knew you lived in Colorado but I didn’t know exactly where! We will meet some day!

I want to! Jeff and I loved Colorado so much! We’re dreaming about moving there.
It’s a nice place to live! Cost of living is dramatically lower than Westchester, NY, which is where we lived before moving. Mountains, sun, and lots of outdoor activities. Delightful!

I’m very lucky, @RoseyRebecca:disqus. I’m on the Main Street Vegan Academy faculty so I’m back 4 to 5 times a year to teach. YAY! Colorado is definitely home, though, in just two short years!
