VeganMoFo 24: Monday = Breakfast (Mint Chocolate Protein Smoothie, or So Delicious is Soooo Holiday, part 2)

Yesterday I shared my review of the new So Delicious Coconut Milk “Nog” and an “Eggnog” Bread recipe.  Today let me share a breakfast drink I made with their Mint Chocolate Coconut Milk.

I gathered some smoothie basics.

Blend the first three ingredients in a blender. Pour into a glass and sprinkle grated chocolate on top.  Serve and enjoy.

Wowie!  That’s a great dessert breakfast!

  1. This looks amazing. I am drinking a smoothie right now while wrapped in my Snuggie. I’m thinking I’m going to have to find recipes that yield a warm breakfast for the coming months. Any ideas?

    1. Hi Beth! (I miss you!)  I’m a big “soup for breakfast” fan and know that, or a quick porridge made in my rice cooker) will be a winter morning meal staple!

  2. Did you find the mint chocolate so delicious at Mrs. Green’s?  I was looking on Friday in Mt. Kisko and only found the nog (don’t care for nog!).

    1. Hi Jodie — So Delicious sent me the Nog and Mint Chocolate to try and review.  I have not yet seen it at Mrs. Green’s in Larchmont or Hartsdale.  I loved that Nog but I’ve loved nog forever!

  3. This looks so yummy! I haven’t tried any of the So Delicious Coconut Milk Holiday Flavors yet, but I’m going to have to go buy some so I can make this.
