Vegan pressure cooking: Merritt Island, FL NEXT week (Long Beach, CA, shall I visit you?).

Today’s quickie post is an announcement and a question.

I’m going to Florida (VACATION!) next week, but of course I couldn’t resist accepting an invitation to do a vegan pressure cooking demonstration class while there. If you’re in the Cocoa Beach and Melbourne areas, I hope you’ll join me at A-Live & Health Cafe (Merritt Island) Saturday, March 28 (10 a.m.).

Healthy Planet of Brevard

Please RSVP here (because I need to know how many ingredients to buy and how many books to pack with my sandals and swimsuits). This class is FREE!

Are you in Long Beach, CA? I’m working with a local grocery store on a possible vegan pressure cooking 101 demo class (FREE) and book signing for Monday, April 20 in the evening. I’m trying to gauge if there is any interest. If you think you would attend, can you comment below (or email me)? EDITED TO ADD: It’s on! I will teach a FREE class at Lazy Acres Market! Details and RSVP here: facebook.com/events/881948301861846/

Hope to see you in Florida and Southern California!

    1. I haven’t heard of this one, Betsy. I use the Fagor and like it and it comes in a little under this one (but I do recommend buying a stainless steel insert for the Fagor).
