Vegan News You Can Use (5/3/15)

Vegan news is back! Yesterday I shared that I’ve been a bit swamped with the book tour, then returned home and immediately went into a four-day writing workshop, and then, boo, computer woes (tech problems didn’t stop us from getting our weekly meal plan out, though – the May 4 meal plan is below).

But I’m back in the swing of things (so is my computer!), ready for one more week in Colorado Springs before heading to New Orleans for the NOLA Veggie Fest (will I see you there?), and that means it’s time for vegan news!
