Hello from L.A.!
I attended Natural Products Expo East Friday and Saturday and had fun checking out some of the new vegan products. I did a horrible job taking photos but I did share a few things on Snapchat (I’m JL_Fields; watch soon, they will expire by 1pm PST-ish) and on Instgram (@jlgoesvegan). Here are a few of my favorites: Fabanaise vegan mayo with aquafaba, the Gardein breakfast pocket, the Daiya blue cheese dressing and Enjoy Life foods has some clever vegan offerings (allergen-free baking mixes, including pizza dough, and some truffle-like protein bites).
And I met John Salley.
I will have an Easy Vegan show dedicated to Expo West airing in April!
