Semi-Private Vegan Cooking Coaching | Class: January 29 in Colorado Springs

I am super-excited to announce the evolution of my classes in Colorado Springs! Last year I offered a series of popular vegan lifestyle classes and cooking classes and I loved every minute of teaching them! As I enter 2014 my consulting and coaching roster is filling up, I’m working on my second book, and I have a great deal of travel scheduled. To accommodate my busy schedule I’ve developed a hybrid of my public classes and private kitchen coaching and am thrilled to announce monthly Semi-Private Vegan Cooking Coaching|Classes! These Coaching|Classes will be taught in my home once a month and will be heavy in content, cooking…and eating!

In addition to offering these intimate events in my home, this Coaching|Class is great for family gatherings and small parties! Email me if you would like me to come to your home in Colorado Springs or in the surrounding area including Woodland Park, Pueblo, Monument, Castle Rock, Denver, Boulder, and more! Semi-Private Vegan Cooking Coaching | Classes with JL Fields

Vegan cook, lifestyle coach, and educator JL Fields – co-author of Vegan for Her: The Woman’s Guide to Being Healthy and Fit on a Plant-Based Diet and author of a forthcoming book on vegan pressure cooking (January 2015) – provides an intimate, in-home, hands-on learning environment designed to help the “home cook” incorporate more plants into his or her diet. Semi-Private Cooking Coaching|Classes are a hybrid of Fields’ popular public classes and private kitchen coaching and are taught in a private kitchen with no more than four students for a highly individualized learning experience.
