After a full first day of the conference, it was party time! Hundreds of vegans dressed up, dressed down and ready to eat, drink and be merry!
My first stop was the bar (naturally) where I grabbed a glass of The Vegan Vine Red Blend and then stood in the very long (but efficient!) food line. It was one of my favorite vegan buffet experiences, ever!
Sizzle pizza, Gardein burger, Thai roll and a raw wrap. Fabulous.
Ready for a shocking confession? There was an incredible Coconut Bliss table where you could make your own ice cream sundae. I was so stuffed (Gee, yeah think? After four days of vegan feasting I should hope so!) that I skipped it. But I didn’t skip a second glass of wine.
I had a chance to chat up some of my favorite people.
Geanna of Green Vegan Living
Elisa of Veggie Goes Vegan (and co-founder of BlogHer.com!)
Grant of The Oregonian, who wrote this great article on Vida Vegan Con.
Danielle of A Vegan Food Snob
And Sean of Fat Gay Vegan, who is writing a piece for Stop Chasing Skinny (nudge, nudge, Sean!)
After lots of gabbing we were turned on to something very cool Flipbooks! Oh yeah, we got in line, and fast!
Lisa and Nicole made their Flipbook
And Gena and I made ours.
Oh. Yes. We. Did. (It was naughtier live, trust me.)
How did the night end? Well, I’ve never met a dance floor I didn’t want to be on.
That’s me, grooving with Nicole and Crissie

Then I went to bed.
