Hello from Newark Airport! I had a lovely weekend at The Seed, and with friends, in NYC. Before I hop on the plane, I have a question for you. Actually, two.

  1. I’m putting my fall teaching schedule together for Colorado Springs classes. What kind of cooking classes are you interested in taking?
