I’m a Beyond Meat Super Fan! [Giveaway!]

Last month at Expo West I met Justin and Emily from the Beyond Meat marketing team. It was love at first squeal! (Okay, I squealed.)

I’ve been a big fan of Beyond Meat since it came out and now I’ve achieved Super Fan status. They kindly sent me coupons to get out there and try the new Beyond Meat Beef-Free Crumbles (score, found them at the Colorado Springs Whole Foods on New Center Point), a tee-shirt, and stickers (one of which I now use to identify my suitcase while traveling!).

what the cluck?

Super Fan simple means we super love each other and I’ll share some of the fun things I make with Beyond Meat. And keep reading because I’m going to share some Beyond Meat love with you, via FREE product coupons, below!

As many of you know, I am vegan and my husband is not. Of these five dishes, he made three of them. He loves this stuff and I consider Beyond Meat a form of vegan activism! It’s so good, so simple to use, and super-pleasing to the non-vegan.

I want you to try Beyond Meat! I’m giving ONE lucky winner THREE coupons for FREE Beyond Meat!

  1. I have been dying to try the crumbles in a taco salad!! Thanks so much for the awesome giveaway!

  2. Matt and I keep Beyond Meat in our fridge at all times–and our dog loves it!!!! We are also super fans 🙂

  3. Those all look mighty delicious, but the socca would be first on my list.

  4. I’m thinking Taco Salad for the crumbles, and a giant stir-fry for the chicken-less strips.

  5. I have made so many yummy things with Beyond Meat. Chicken pot pie, fajitas, but never the chicken salad. On the menu for Sunday.

  6. There are really only a few beef foods I would consider making anymore. The only one I ever really get much of a craving for is tacos. I love my vegan tacos, but some beef would add a bit of nostalgia from growing up.

  7. I use the chickn in green chile posole and the beefy crumbles for killer enchiladas

  8. I have always been afraid to try ANY of the “faux” meat products, but would definitely try this with your recommendation!

  9. I have at least five bags of gluten free pasta in my cupboard that I’ve been meaning to use but wanted something out the ordinary to toss in with it. Pasta with either the chicken or beef strips would be great. A nice gluten free, vegan meal for me. Simple but filling.

  10. I just bought the chicken strips. I think chicken ala king and chicken pot pie are in my future! I haven’t seen the beef crumbles yet.
